Services at All Saints Church, Edmonton, North London
The following details are the usual pattern of services. However, in some weeks the services may vary, so please refer to the Parish Diary for details. If in doubt, please contact Revd Stuart Owen, especially if making a special journey.
Sunday Mornings
10am - Parish Eucharist lasting approx 1 hour and 15 minutes on most Sundays apart from:
First Sunday of month - 10am - Informal Family Service without a Eucharist.
The music at our morning services is usually a mix of traditional hymns led by our choir and played on the organ, and more contemporary worship songs led by our music group.
Sunday Evenings
First Sunday of month - 6pm - Parish Eucharist lasting around 30-45 minutes. This service also includes either the laying on of hands for healing and wholeness, or prayers for peace and reconciliation.
2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays - Evening Prayer from the Book of Common Prayer (Said). This lasts around 45 minutes and usually includes a sermon.
3rd Sunday - Prayer and Praise service in which modern worship songs are led by our Music Group, lasting around an hour, and including a short sermon.
During The Week
9.00am - Morning Prayer
9.30am (Wednesdays) - Eucharist (Spoken)
5.30pm - Evening Prayer
Major Feast Days (as announced) - 9.30am - Eucharist
All mid-week services last about 30 minutes and are advertised in the previous Sunday's newsletter and on the notice boards.
